Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first round was mostly behavioral questions, asking about my past work and skills. Then, for the second round, I had to complete an assignment: build a registration webpage. I then presented this to the interviewers, explaining my approach and the tools I used. Even though I didn't get the job, the interview process felt really comprehensive, and I learned a lot.

The interview day kicked off with HR about benefits, then a quick tour of the campus. After that, I met with the project manager, department head, and lead researcher. Then, I had to present a past project I worked on. This was followed by a panel interview with six team members. Finally, there was an hour-long coding challenge using JavaScript, which I had to write by hand, though I could use a laptop for Googling. Oh, and lunch was included!

It was a smooth and professional experience. Everyone I met was kind and considerate. Lunch was provided for free and there were more than 5 steps to complete the interview. The interview lasted all day long, and the last step was to meet the people I would be working with.
