The interview process starts by discussing your roles and responsibilities. After that, there will be technical questions. I feel everything is relevant to your scope. The interview level is medium, not too hard and not easy. You can just be ready with your skillset.

Behavioral Group

This was one of the best interview processes I have experienced. It started with a Teams call with administration (Round 1), followed by another Teams call with a VP (Round 2). The final round was an in-person interview with several office staff members. This part was the most engaging because they have candidates meet with various people to ensure personality compatibility. I feel more companies should adopt this approach, as it truly allows you to gauge who you would be working with and for. Although it was a lengthy interview process, it was quite important.
