The hiring process involved an application, an initial chat, a technical interview, and then an offer. They really focused on checking my expertise and what I was looking for, while also giving me the lowdown on the company culture, the team, and the general vibe. They were super clear about what they expected from the start. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had 3 calls in total. The first was with the recruiter, mainly to get acquainted and see if we were a good fit. Then, the first official interview was a 1-hour video call with two team members. The second interview involved a task that was sent out beforehand, and it was also a 1-hour video call with two more team members.

The feedback during the process was really vague, and the salary ranges offered were low for the qualifications they were seeking. Although the job description in the ad was clear, it changed a lot during the hiring process.
