We started with a quick 10-minute phone chat, then had a 30-minute video call with the team leader. After that, there was a 1-hour call with senior leadership. It was all pretty relaxed, mostly just chatting about my CV. The last interview had more specific questions; it felt like they were really looking for someone who would fit in well.

It was a super chill interview process. The recruiter was great and really easy to talk to. I went through a phone screen, did a writing task where I had to edit an email, and then had a team interview. Even though they ultimately chose someone else for this role, they put me forward for final interviews for a different account. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks.

The interview process was pretty standard, but the feedback took a while, both between rounds and after the final one, longer than I expected. While the interviewers and talent acquisition team were pleasant, I wished for better communication throughout the process.
