The interview process was quite quick, going from screening to an offer in approximately 3 weeks. It was a pretty simple process: first, a screening with a talent partner, then a screening with the head of the team, followed by a take-home task. After that, there was a technical interview about the task, and finally a 'DNA' (culture fit) interview with some team members. I was really happy with how it all went, the communication was great and fast the whole time. The stages felt appropriate for assessing my skills without being too much work. Everyone on the team was nice and answered my questions readily. I especially liked the take-home task, it wasn't too long and focused on letting me show the skills that mattered.

Technical Coding Behavioral Case

The process felt drawn out and not very efficient. It took 3 weeks just to get the recruiter call after applying because they were so booked. I found the interviewers to be genuinely nice and sharp, and we had some really good conversations, making for a positive vibe overall. Sadly, I never got any feedback, even when I asked for it. After the technical round, there was radio silence for a week, so I had to chase them for an update. Then, the recruiter scheduled another technical round because apparently, they weren't clear on my progress. The recruiter went completely silent again after the final interview. I kept following up because my other job applications were getting to their final stages. They said they'd chase an update that week, but it's now been three weeks of silence. So yeah, I'm pretty much assuming I didn't get the job.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The process included a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, followed by a technical test. The final stage involved meeting with three team members to discuss the task and other technical questions. While the task was interesting and the interview wasn't overly difficult, my experience wasn't a direct match (ranking and recommendations, NLP). It seemed like they were more interested in feedback to redesign their interview process, as the hiring manager had joined recently. I found the hiring manager to be a bit sarcastic and rude at times, which I didn't appreciate. Overall, I didn't come away with a good impression.
