First, we identify the office vacancy. Then, we follow the recruitment process. The manager of the office where the vacancy exists draws up an advert for publishing. A panel is also selected. When applications are received, the chosen panel does the shortlisting. The top 3 candidates are recommended to the Regional head. After a check is done, the successful candidate is informed. If the candidate is successful and doesn't decline, the appointment is done. Then, induction is carried out. If a candidate declines, the second choice process is followed.

Behavioral

I went through 3 interviews over a few months. They asked for references and if I'd accept an offer, to which I said yes. They also asked if I viewed the job as a career or a short-term role, and I confirmed it's a career for me. Despite this, they stopped communicating and never followed up, even after I reached out multiple times via email. I even turned down other job offers based on how promising they made it sound. This whole experience was awful and left me feeling really disrespected.
