First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Denver Springs.
Social Worker
it was over zoom, and a positive, informational interview. they gave me a bunch of questions and let me ask my own questions too. it was a single interview round, and the talent coordinator was the point of contact.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage conflict?
PRN
I chatted with the clinical manager and we talked about my previous jobs. It was a good talk and they told me what the role is about. We went through some client scenarios and talked about care plans. I'd suggest it!
- How would you evaluate safety and determine when an escalation for assessment is necessary?
Therapist
The interview process was messy and unorganized. They passed me around to different people. I wasn't even recognized when I got to the second interview. I don't recommend this company. There were so many red flags.
