Applied online and got an interview scheduled for the next day, which was supposed to be 30 minutes but ended up being an hour and a half. About 3 weeks later, they called to schedule a second interview and do paperwork, which could have been done during the first interview. The regional manager then set up a Zoom call for a week and a half later. A month after applying, I had the final interview. It was 2 hours long and mostly consisted of interrogations about my personal life, including childhood traumas, my divorce from an abusive marriage, and a restraining order I had against a former partner. They asked me to discuss positive aspects of my abusive marriage and what I liked about my abuser. Very little of the interview was about the actual job. They also inquired about my finances, debts, rent payments, and warned me not to lie as they would find out. Finally, a hair follicle test is required.

Went through two rounds of interviews. First one was with the Store Manager and the second one was with the District Manager. The second interview was super deep, it felt like a therapy session because they really wanted to get to know me.

There are 3 interviews you have to get through before they hire you. First you'll chat with the assistant manager, then the manager, and finally they'll fly the district manager in. This whole thing can take a while, like weeks or even months, just depending on when they can get the district manager over. They're not gonna hire you unless you've met with him/her.
