I applied online and they quickly emailed me back to set up an interview. The phone interview was a bit rushed, and the interviewer didn't seem very engaged or show much personality. They only asked about three questions. I usually connect well with people, so it felt a bit off. They also didn't let me know if I didn't get the job.

The manager seemed eager for me to start, but the nurse recruiter held things up. First, there was a phone interview through TalentPlus, which might not be in use anymore. It assesses personal habits and personality traits with questions like, "do you find yourself tidying your workspace even if you didn't create the mess?" The manager's interview happened a few weeks later. I got an offer right away, but it took a month to get the official offer, requiring emails and calls to the nurse recruiter, and even a call to the manager to contact the recruiter.
