First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Denver Broncos.
Account Manager
It was super fast, from applying to getting a call back was less than a day. They scheduled the interview really quick too. I ended up interviewing with Brito.
- How long have you been living around here?
- Do you have any plans to move in the near future?
Staff Accountant
Started the application in early May. Had an initial Zoom screening that was 30-45 minutes. The second interview was a bit longer, about 2 hours split across 3 Zoom calls. They mentioned it might have been in-person, but Covid changed that. It was a really thorough process, but felt fair. Got the notification about a week after the second interview, which happened about 2 weeks after the first one.
- Can you describe your preferred work style?
- Do you generally prefer working independently or as part of a team?
- What are your thoughts on providing assistance to other departments?

The whole thing took about 5 weeks. A week after applying, I got an email saying they were interested and my work would be looked at by the team. Then there was a video call with the Creative Services Team to talk more about what the group does and how it helps the company. After that, I had two design tasks, and then the actual interviews. One was a casual meeting offsite, and the other was at the stadium to see the facilities. The team shared a lot of technical details about their services and the work involved, which was helpful. Even though I didn't get the job, I really liked the chats and how well they communicated throughout. My only thought is maybe they could speed up the interview part a bit, but that's just a general feeling I have.
- What are three core values you seek in a future workplace, and can you explain your reasoning?
- What draws you to the Denver Broncos organization for this specific position?
- Can you share your journey into this field and your career path to this point?
Sales Manager
This was another interview from a sports team that felt like a waste of time, lasting an hour and then ghosting. The interview was very robotic, like they were just spewing questions. It was clear who they were looking for, and unfortunately, their minds were made up before I even started speaking. The interview lasted for an hour with a panel of 4, and they just asked basic questions. Whether I got the job or not, we spend an hour or more prepping for an interview just for them to never get back to you. I understand I didn't move to the next round or get the role, but at least have the professionalism to contact your candidates.
- How would you handle a negative client?
