I found a marketing job on a local board and emailed my application. The hiring manager emailed me a couple weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The interview went well, but she seemed really interested in why I wanted to work for the Denver Art Museum. I answered, but she kept asking for more, which made me think she didn't like my answer or wanted me to elaborate. I followed up by email about a week later and was told the position was on hold and she'd follow up, but she never did.

Standard interview process. There were four rounds. I met with a variety of people at the museum. The questions were pretty basic, walked through my portfolio. Overall good experience. The people were kind and seemed to genuinely care about my time.

The interview process was straightforward. I had a phone screen then two follow up interviews, the second with a panel of employees from other departments. My job offer was made within a week.
