First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dentons.
Intern
After the initial HR phase, you'll talk with the Partners. They will ask you technical questions about your starting expertise, trying to assess how much you know about your field.
- Technical questions regarding your area of expertise.
- Assessment of your knowledge within your field.
- Technical questions for final evaluation.
Intern
The first step was a phone interview with HR. They asked basic questions about why I'm interested in the firm and my hobbies. It took over a month to hear back about the second round. The second interview also had general questions, not technical ones.
- Why this firm?
- What's your interested field?
Intern
Had a call with HR first, then an in-person interview with a partner. They were welcoming and put me at ease, which felt like a good sign. The interview itself was okay, but I wasn't called back because it didn't go that well. There were some questions in English, as usual.
- What makes you consider a career in this field?
