I had a phone call with someone from the Design Team who asked about my background and told me about the company. Then, I went to the office to meet that person again, along with another colleague. They seemed interested in my skills and portfolio. They gave me a drawing test. After that, I returned to the office and met two team members. We discussed my work and how I'd fit in. They were direct but honest. Then, I had a brief meeting with a Director, though they were quite late and seemed distracted. I got the offer the next day, without ever talking to HR or discussing salary.

Saw an ad in the paper, sent an email, and got an interview scheduled real quick. Met with someone in leadership and an HR person. Didn't meet the Principal or Business Manager. They had my resume and portfolio. Got an offer a few days later, asked some questions about it, and then accepted.

They reached out and we had three interviews planned. The first was with HR, the second with HR and the Purchasing Coordinator managers, and the third with the Office Manager and Financial Manager. Everything seemed to go well, but then they just stopped communicating. They were really excited at first and then ghosted with no explanation, not even a 'thanks but no thanks'.
