The interview process included a screening call, an unpaid skill assessment where I had to design a whole landing page, and then a group in-person meeting. Overall, it wasn't too many rounds, but the amount of work they asked for the position wasn't worth it, and I didn't get any feedback after not getting the job.

You'll start with an online application, then there's an assessment test, followed by an in-person interview. After that, we'll decide whether to send an offer. If an offer is made, there's a background check, and then orientation and training will kick off for the new hire.

The interview process was quick, straightforward, and the interviewers were easy to talk to. There were 2-3 interviewers, and they seemed young and friendly. I spoke with both the HR manager and the hiring manager for the Tech Support department. It was a very basic interview, and they didn't ask any tricky questions or ask me to demonstrate my skills.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. After applying through a job listing board, I was contacted for an interview within a couple of weeks. A week after the interview, I received a call with an offer. The interview itself was quite relaxed and not at all intimidating. The questions were quite general, and I felt they were assessing my personality for the workplace, especially since they already had my work examples.
