It was a pretty quick process with 2 interviews. The first was more of an introduction, and the second was with the manager for more technical questions. They also had me do a report exercise at the end. I also had a site visit during the second interview. The questions were pretty standard about my motivations and past experiences.

Behavioral Presentation

Multi-stage interview process, no case study, with an initial screening by a recruitment firm. First, a Product Ops interview. Then, Head of Product and Product Strategy Manager interviews. Following that, a VP Product interview. Finally, an HR interview to check human fit (this stage should ideally be first, as it's not very useful at this point). The process is slow between each interview, and the interviews aren't structured. The company and its organization were only presented at the third interview, upon my request.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process started with a Zoom call with HR. This was followed by a Zoom call with a director. The third interview involved an extensive case study to be presented in person at their office. However, the presentation was cut short due to an 'urgent' matter, and I was asked to email the slides. Following this, as noted in a previous review, there was a red flag: no follow-up for three weeks, and no response to my follow-up with the director and HR. So, if you get to this stage, be mindful of how much time you invest in the case study.

Behavioral Other
