I was contacted about a month after applying. I had a successful phone screening, took a personality test, and had a successful in-person interview. I received positive feedback, and my contact with the company stated that they wanted me to come in for a second in-person interview. After a couple of weeks, I reach out for additional info. No response. Over the course of the next couple of weeks, I call and email my contact multiple times, trying to get any updated information. It's been six weeks since I had my interview and the company refuses to return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional and rude treatment of their prospective employees. I would NOT recommend anyone to work here.

So, they said it was a 3 phase process but really it was 5 stages for me. It started with the HR manager who was leaving, then the new HR person had me fill out a personality test (took about 45 min) and send over my info again. Phase 1 was a phone interview, mostly high level stuff. Phase 2 was in person with the CEO, HR, and others, where we went over my resume and professional background. Then I was invited to dinner with the CEO and his wife. Phase 3 was a presentation to the board, which required doing 3 reverse interviews with current managers first to get ready. This was tough because I got the presentation request mid-week and was leaving the country for two weeks, so I had limited prep time. Honestly, this whole process was super time-consuming. Also, I really struggled to figure out what the job actually involved, and I was worried about the scope, the crazy long hours, and not having enough authority to do the job right.

Dental Health Management solutions has a 3 phase process, which is much shorter than some processes I have been through. Aside from an assessment and various interviews I was able to arrange and schedule phone interviews with some of my former employers. This enabled the hiring manager to gain a greater understanding of my strengths, weaknesses and skills. One thing that really impressed me was how professional the whole process was. They were serious about getting the position filled and getting the right candidate, they were timely but not in a rush. I appreciated the time they took to find out the areas I excelled in, so that they could make the best possible hiring decision. They made sure I was the exact fit and what they were looking for, which has helped me to not only grow but feel challenged in the position.

It's a Top Grading interview process. First, there's a phone interview, then an in-person interview, followed by a presentation interview. Since I'd worked there before, I skipped the in-person interview. My phone interview was with the CEO. I did the presentation with the group and then answered many questions from them.
