it was a one on one interview and it was pretty staright forward. they asked about my past work experience and what i can bring to the company. They gave me a test to make sure i was fluent with Spanish. They also asked if i have proper transportation since the position was for a floater. They make sure that you are aware of the hours and days off.

The interview was pretty easy, though the interviewers were about two hours late. They mentioned a monthly bonus, but the targets can be a bit high, and remember about a third of it will go to taxes. It's pretty unprofessional, so there are no skills tests, drug tests, or background checks.

The interview process was very straightforward even though I had no prior experience in this field. The manager clearly explained my responsibilities and what to anticipate, so I was not surprised when the day began.
