First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dental Depot.
Director of Human Resources
I met with two people. They asked me some basic interview questions. Both of them really knew the business well and could talk about Dental Depot's leadership and future plans.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Office Manager
I think the interview process has been improved since I interviewed with this company. They've made a lot of changes to make things better overall.
- What was your level of experience?
Business Office Assistant
They asked mostly customer service related questions. I would advertise being customer or patient focused and being teachable. Emphasize being able to take constructive criticism and familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and really most basic computer programs.
- Can you describe how you handle high-stress situations?
Dental Receptionist
The hiring process was really quick. They had one interview that was just basic questions about my past office experience. They want you to start right away, like the immediate next week. They only start you out at 17 an hour, even if you have prior experience.
- What would you do if a patient was yelling at you?
