First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dental Care Alliance.
Patient Care Advocate
A recruiter set things up via email and then the office manager called me. We chatted for about 15 minutes, and then I was asked to come into the office.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you go over your work history?
Instructional Designer
I had an initial chat with the recruiter. After I gave her my availability, she ghosted me. I followed up a couple of times and finally got a reply, but no apology or anything. Honestly, you can tell a lot about a company by how they treat you at the start. I'd say look somewhere else, it's a sign of what's to come.

Front Desk Receptionist
The interview process was amazing! I felt really at home and knew immediately that I'd want to work here. Everyone was super friendly and treated me with kindness during the office tour after the interview. I felt confident I'd be making the best decision by accepting the offer here.
- What makes you interested in this role?
- What unique skills or contributions would you bring to our team?
Operations Manager
It was a really thorough and professional process. I spoke with a bunch of different people, like another regional manager, my potential direct supervisor, and even the COO and the VP of HR. Everything was super organized and straightforward.
- Can you share an instance from your past supervisor reviews where you were asked to improve on something, and describe how you addressed that feedback?
