Design Engineer

Senior Engineer
The interview process was quite structured, with two main rounds. The first one was on the 19th, and the second on the 27th. Round 1 was a mix of general introduction and some technical questions, involving the Department Head and an HR member, lasting about 15-20 minutes. Round 2 was a technical interview focusing on practical situations, conducted with a Japanese expat, the Department Head, and an HR member. This round went for 25-30 minutes. The Japanese expat didn't ask many questions due to their English proficiency.

Design Engineer
first exam is online then after a couple days you will receive a email for schedule of second f2f exam then last is Interview with HR and Manager. You will be interview in one room with Filipino and Japanese manager you will be ask about experience, thesis if you are fresh graduate, internship or OJT and about yourself.
