The interview process started with an objectivity test, followed by a psychological test, and then a practical test. After that, there was an interview with the manager, an interview with a professional in the area, an interview with HR, and another interview with the supervisor and manager. Finally, there was an interview with the production area manager, leading to hiring.

This was for a contractor position. I had a 15min call and two rounds after that. Round 1 was 70% conversation and 30% technical with the manager and team lead. The second was with the Director and Sr. Manager. I had an offer within 24hrs of the last interview.

It was a panel interview with four people. I thought it felt a bit biased, honestly. They seemed really focused on Denso, like it was the only place that had certain issues. For example, when I asked about the toughest parts of the job, they brought up how different systems can give different results for the same materials, which is pretty normal everywhere, not just at Denso.
