The interview was great and I got an offer, but then they kept delaying my start date for two weeks. In the end, they got rid of the position before I could even start because they didn't have the money for my salary. It was a total waste of my time and I felt really disrespected.

Went through two or three phone interviews, then an onsite. The initial calls were technical, and the onsite was with the hiring manager. Overall, it felt pretty chill and laid-back. The hiring manager was easy to work with and fair about the salary. The onboarding part was a bit iffy since it's a startup, but it all worked out.
