First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Denova Collaborative Health.
Case Manager
It was a virtual interview. The leaders were nice and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable and respected. They asked straightforward questions. I spoke with two people for under an hour.
- Tell me about some different scenarios you have encountered.
Human Resources Supervisor
I had two interviews with Bayless. The first one went great and I was feeling good about the job. They called me the same day to schedule a second interview with three people from their leadership team. After the second interview, I wasn't feeling as excited about the company anymore. Everyone I met seemed really new to the company and quite young. They came across a bit like they were trying to restructure the company in a way that felt a little unethical to me. I just had a strange vibe about it. After the first interview, I did some digging on their HR Director and found out she was just an HR Admin about a year and a half ago. Some HR topics came up in the second interview where she was clearly not informed. While I think they all mean well, they just don't seem to be approaching things the right way. With a bit more experience, they'll be better equipped to make the changes they're aiming for.
- The questions asked were very standard and read directly from a list, with no difficult or unexpected inquiries.
Business Development Specialist
I went through two interviews for this role. First, I had a phone screen with the HR Manager. Then, I interviewed with the Business Development Manager and a VP. After that, I had to do a test. The whole process was pretty cool and I was really stoked about the job, but I didn't end up getting an offer.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to achieve a goal?
- What was the outcome of that situation?
Therapist
The hiring process was straightforward and the interviews were brief. It started with a call from HR, followed by a meeting with the team. I received feedback the same day. The team was really welcoming, and the interview felt enjoyable. They inquired about my general experience and professional knowledge.
- Can you list the symptoms of PTSD in adults?
