It was a three-round interview process. The first two rounds were virtual. Round 1 was a 30-minute screen with the hiring coordinator. Round 2 was also virtual, lasting 30 minutes to an hour with a team member. The third interview was in-person, where I met with four team members for discussions and questions.

I got an interview through the university career center and also by talking to them at the career fair. I kept in touch with their main HR recruiter, who was nice but sometimes took a while to reply to emails. The interview happened on campus with two engineers. They mainly asked me stuff about my experience and what I've done that's on my resume. There were only a couple of behavioral questions. The recruiters were really friendly but also professional. After the interview, I went to another room and talked to the HR lady. She answered any extra questions I had and also asked about what kind of job I liked.

I really enjoyed their interview process. Their online system is surprisingly easy to use. Everybody I interacted with, especially the interviewer, was professional and courteous. The interview process was seamless, and while I was not offered the job, I appreciated how quickly they let me know their final decision.

It was a short, friendly interview. After the interview, I was shown the facility and informed about all the benefits. I got a call that same week about them working on an offer, and I received the offer the following week.
