The sales interview process was pretty straightforward. There were three rounds in total, but after the second round, the discussion shifted solely to salary. My interviews focused on SAP ERP Systems. Kamal Nath Sir conducted the first round, and Sunil Sir conducted the second. I have great respect for both of them.

There were about 3-4 rounds with different people. It was pretty easy, they were mainly looking at communication skills. They have a lot of processes, so if you mess up one, you can still get in through the next.

The HR team in this company is quite incompetent and exhibits the typical mediocrity found in Indian companies. They come across as arrogant and unprofessional, acting as if they have the authority to scrutinize more educated and experienced professionals. Despite their limited understanding, they are placed in a position to judge experts and behave like demigods, expecting candidates to grovel before them and their management for a job.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Could you explain the reason behind pursuing so many certifications?
  • What is the reason you are currently unemployed?
  • Are you willing to work from the office?

The interview process involved multiple rounds. There was a waiting period of up to an hour before the first round. What was confusing was that they changed their mind within 20 minutes of the final interview and told me to leave. They even called one of my colleagues, and she got selected. She fabricated her bank statements, saying her current salary was 5L and they offered her 6L. I had told her about the originality of the office and many things from my face-to-face interview experience since she completed all her interview rounds virtually. So she decided not to join. Please check multiple things and visit their Noida office once, I'm sure that will make your mind change no matter how favorable you are to join their office. I come from a corporate office background, so their office seemed like a dungeon to me, even when that floor was not accessible through the lift.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • What is your reason for looking for a change?
  • What are your joining targets?
  • Tell me about your experience.
