First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Demidchik Law Firm.
Legal Assistant
So I interviewed for a legal assistant position. The manager was really unprofessional, asking me accounting questions which was weird for a legal role. He even said that he knew most people wouldn't know the answer. He also said he wanted to set up a meeting, then changed his mind when I scheduled it.
- Do you aspire to become a paralegal later on?
- What is the average accounting knowledge for a person?
- Why did you schedule an appointment if I wanted to make one?
Sales Representative
I was in a group interview with six other candidates. We all had to introduce ourselves briefly. Then, we were asked some questions about customer service and sales scenarios. The interviewer talked a lot, but it seemed pretty chill, easy, and not too hard.
- Can you introduce yourself briefly?
- What would you do in this customer service or sales situation?
Accountant
It was a phone call, then a zoom meeting, and finally an in-person meeting. Mostly behavioral questions. They wanted to see if I could fit into any accounting position in the company, so I needed to know all aspects of accounting.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What's the most impressive experience you've had in your job?
Customer Service Representative
The recruiter called first. After that, there was an online group interview for people to get to know the company. Then an online interview with the HR department afterwards. Questions are often-seen interview questions.
- What did you learn from your last job?
