Had a pleasant interview with a nice lady. The whole process was efficient using Workday. I got feedback quickly and some nice comments about the interview. Even though I didn't get the job because I was overqualified for the role I applied for, it was still a nice experience.

I went through a two-step interview process: first an online interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the team leader and another HR representative. The interviews themselves were straightforward, with typical questions. HR promised I would hear back soon, including feedback on their decision, but I never received any follow-up.

First, you submit your application online with your resume and cover letter. Then, recruiters screen applications to see who fits the criteria. After that, there's a preliminary phone chat to gauge your general skills, motivation, and fit with the company. Next, you'll have a face-to-face or virtual interview with HR to dive deeper into your work history, achievements, soft skills, and how you'd fit into the company culture. Following that, a technical interview with the Head of Finance will assess your specific financial analyst skills, likely involving a case study or problem-solving exercise with financial data and maybe some software knowledge. Then, you might meet with the finance team to see how you'd work with them, discussing teamwork and communication. The final interview will be with senior management or the CFO to confirm cultural fit and talk about your future goals. After that, they'll check your references. If all goes well, you'll get a job offer and potentially negotiate terms. Finally, there's onboarding to welcome you and get you settled in.
