Sales Development Representative
Very conversational! I liked how the interviewee engaged in a natural back-and-forth with me, making it feel like a real conversation. It wasn’t easy, but I felt comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to get a start in sales!
- Could you tell me about demandDrive and its operations?
Sales Development Representative
After applying online, there were two rounds of interviews. First, I had a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. Later that week, I had a virtual zoom call with three other higher-ups, each interview lasting about 30 minutes, for a total of 1.5-2 hours. Everyone was laid-back and real, not too formal. It was a good conversation, and they asked general questions and about my personal passions. They asked several behavioral questions. It was easy to chat with them during the interview. The total interviewing time was about 2-2.5 hours.
- What are 5 essential qualities for this role?
- Can you share a past experience where you learned something valuable?
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a conflict.
Sales Development Representative
There were at least 2 interviews for this role. The first one was pretty casual, and honestly, they didn't give much detail about the job itself. The next interview was a series of 3 back-to-back Zoom calls. It felt like I was just passed from one interviewer to another, and they all asked questions using the STAR method.
- Can you tell me if you are coachable?
- What would you say is your greatest strength?
- What do you think is your greatest weakness?
