The initial interview went well, but trying to schedule a second one was a hassle with constant delays. They didn't reply to emails for days, missed deadlines they set, and it was hard to reach anyone in HR. I got job offers from other places while waiting for a response. While I get that things happen, it felt like they didn't value my time and the lack of clear communication was really annoying.

I wouldn't suggest interviewing at the Walnut Creek location. I spoke with three different engineers separately, not all at once, which took nearly two hours and felt like a poor use of my time. While I admit I was nervous and stumbled when speaking with the first engineer, her frequent interjections like "yeah" "yeah okay" "okay" "yeah definitely" were quite distracting and threw me off more. I also felt she was pitying me, which made me feel worse. The other two engineers were pretty cool, though. Overall, it was the worst interview experience I've ever had.

Behavioral Presentation

It was three stages total. First a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a presentation to a panel with a Q&A session afterward. It was a little intimidating having so many people on the panel, including very senior team members, but it turned out to be their way of keeping the process streamlined. The whole process was handled very efficiently, and they also followed up with additional questions via email.

The interview process felt really considerate, thorough, and insightful, with questions that were understanding. I met with multiple people from different teams who asked questions. They seemed really focused on whether I'd be a good fit for the company culture. I think I went through a recruiter call, then a technical screen, and then an onsite interview.
