The hiring process moved pretty fast, wrapping up in under a month. It involved three main stages: an initial chat with HR, a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview featuring the hiring manager alongside three other team members. Interestingly, there wasn't a design test, which is unusual for this kind of position.

The interview process was really long. After three rounds of interviews, they just went silent. No response at all. Honestly, I'm glad they didn't pick me since I'm in a much better place now.

I got a call from the recruiter for a quick chat. Then, about a week after, the recruiter set me up with the manager for a 30-minute phone interview. The last part of the process was a panel interview that lasted over two hours. I asked for an 8 AM slot to work around my schedule, but the recruiter didn't show up until 8:10 AM. When we finally got to the interview room, I had to wait another 10 minutes because the first interviewer wasn't there yet. A lot of my interview time was spent waiting for interviewers to show up. The recruiter had to go find them a few times. In the final interview, my interviewer started speaking Spanish to me, which was unexpected since it wasn't mentioned beforehand. I felt like I was being tested. It was funny because they then switched to English because they weren't fluent in professional Spanish. I felt awkward for them. Surprisingly, at the end, the recruiter told me I wasn't selected because they doubted my Spanish skills, even though I worked in Spanish for 4 years in my last job.

They reached out quickly after I sent my resume. I then met with the team I would be joining, followed by a meeting with HR. They extended an offer within three hours of me leaving the office. I'm not certain about their selectivity, though; they do filter resumes, but I'm unsure if anyone else was interviewed for the internship, and the same seems true for the person who took over after me.
