Executive Recruiter
The interview experience was great and I got to ask a lot of my questions. I observed recruiters and how they managed their time. I heard them on calls and gained insight into my potential daily tasks. I met with leadership and discussed compensation and benefits. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.
- Can you tell me about your professional and personal goals for the next 3 years?
- Describe a time you faced a professional or personal challenge and how you successfully navigated it.
Senior Executive Recruiter
I met with Bob, the CEO/Owner, at the office. We chatted about the job, the training plan, how compensation works, and what they expect. Then, I met some other employees and got to ask them questions. They also set up a time for me to come in and shadow the recruiters to see their day-to-day work.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What motivated you to pursue a career in recruiting?
- We'd like to get to know you better, can you share some information about yourself?
Executive Recruiter
The interview process itself was great and consisted of 3 rounds of interviews. It was organized and each person in leadership involved seemed very genuine and transparent during the actual process. I was able to meet several members of the team and sit with them and ask them questions. I thought this was very impressive and it ultimately lead me to make the decision to accept the offer.
- What are your long-term objectives and how can Delta assist in reaching them?
- What are you passionate about?
- What is it that motivates and drives you?
