Had an informational first round, then an in-person interview that was about an hour with behavior and informational questions. A week or two later, I did a quick case study. Also had to do a background check and a drug test after getting the offer.

Behavioral

I applied online. After my resume was reviewed, I arranged an interview with the Recruitment Manager. The scheduling process was a bit clunky, more so than usual, as it required logging in and creating a password to schedule via a link, unlike many other companies that allow direct scheduling. It felt overly complicated for something so straightforward.

Behavioral Technical Other

It's a 3 stage interview. First is with the hiring manager, then a credit check authorization which is really to see if you're eligible for the job. Then a second interview with the team members. Just so you know, if you have a credit score under 650, collections, or any negative debts, you probably shouldn't bother with the interview process.

  • Can you tell me about your background in IT?
  • What's your previous IT experience?
  • Do you have good credit?
