J’ai d’abord réalisé un premier entretien à distance, dont l’objectif était de faire connaissance et d’évaluer mon profil. Cet échange portait surtout sur ma présentation, mon parcours académique, mes compétences techniques et ma motivation pour le poste. Nous avons aussi abordé mes connaissances générales et ma capacité à apprendre rapidement. À la suite de cet entretien, j’ai été convié à un second entretien sur site. Cette étape m’a permis de rencontrer l’équipe et de mieux découvrir l’environnement de travail. L’entretien était plus approfondi et davantage orienté sur l’aspect technique et professionnel, notamment ma manière de travailler, ma gestion de la pression et des délais, ainsi que mon intérêt pour le domaine et pour l’entreprise. Ces deux étapes m’ont permis de montrer ma motivation, mon sérieux et mon adaptabilité, tout en confirmant mon intérêt pour le poste et pour une évolution professionnelle au sein de l’entreprise.

Too much dirty process. Last Saturday we went for interview face to face. There was around 60-70 candidates for same. Morning at 12 I was there and I returned back almost 9 in night. There was not any standard process they followed. Interesting thing I have cleared there 1st round, 2nd round. And in last 3rd round they only ask my self introduction and rejected. I don't understand the management guys who playing with the candidate.

- 1st was pure technical, they ask my UPI payment system activity diagram.
- 2nd they ask to design the Hotel franchise system with microservices architecture, including table structure, class diagram, screens, authorization and authentication and all screens.
- 3rd round they only ask for my self introduction.

I got placed through a placement drive at my college. The selection process is divided into 3 steps:- 1. Written test (proctored and online). It is an online test having 4 sections with about 52 questions (may vary based on job profile): Aptitude and reasoning (20 questions 25 minutes), Verbal skill (10 questions 9 minutes), Technical Knowledge (20 questions 25 minutes), Coding Question (2 questions 45 minutes) (for specific profiles only). 2. Interview Round (video conferencing):- Technical as well as HR questions are asked in an interview session lasting from 10 min to 45 min. 3. Letter of Intent (LOI):- Shared with you through email by the company. Note:- All the steps are completely independent of college intervention and all the communication of timing and procedure is done by the company directly with the candidate by means of email.
