“Final ac was face to face. Sat in a room with a recruitment person and someone on the grad programme and answered competency questions. The analysis bit had an extra detail that gets thrown in halfway through the talk to make you think on the spot and see if it changes your first ideas/result. You get about 5 minutes when the new info is given to pull together your thoughts. Then you have to explain and present after.”Candidate-reported process
