I went through 3 rounds of interviews. They were dishonest about the hours, saying 40 hrs/week but later clarifying it's 45 hrs/week when they're busy, which is always. The last interview was with the head of HR, who is also the co-owner and CEO's wife, which seems like a conflict of interest.
