I had an interview with a recruiter and it was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. The recruiter was a bit unprofessional. When I was talking about my experience, she realized that my nationality is Iranian and interrupted me for a couple of minutes because she was from the US and she wanted to search for a law that prevents her from talking to an Iranian candidate (which is so weird) and she made me feel so uncomfortable. instead of doing so, she could not talk about it during the interview and she could go and do her research about the law after the interview (if there's any law regarding that) and without mentioning it to me, she could hand me over to another recruiter. I felt discriminated against a lot. It has been over 1.5 months since I had my interview with them and I haven't heard back. ghosting :) It's not enough to only show off that you are a diverse company. You should be mature enough to behave to everyone fairly and respect all because we are all human. I didn't have any control over the country I was born in and I do not deserve to be behaved like this because of crazy things which are happening in the political world.

After applying, I heard back. The recruiter handling my application seemed unemotive and ended our conversation early, cutting it short to under 10 minutes. It felt like she had already decided against moving forward with my application. This was honestly one of the worst initial screening calls I've experienced.

I went through 5 rounds for this role. The interviews were about 45 minutes long. They told me what to expect before each interview. I got feedback within 48 hours after each stage. It felt really professional, human, and organized.
