System Design Behavioral
The interview process was pretty standard. It covered System Design, Leadership, Management, Stakeholder management, and Delivery management. After the rounds, the recruiter quickly responded saying they would roll out an offer. A few days later, I got an email saying the offer couldn't be rolled out, without any details. I followed up a couple of times, but still no response. If a candidate invests significant time in interviews and receives a positive signal about an offer, it's only basic courtesy to follow up and explain what went wrong.

Technical System Design Behavioral
it started with a tech intro, 30 min for ML questions relevant to the team domain, then another 30 min for system design. after that, there was a hiring manager round which was purely behavioral for 60 min. next, i spoke with product managers and other stakeholders for 60 min, focusing on behavioral aspects and how i handle processes. finally, a 90 min bar raiser interview, mostly behavioral but with a few technical questions mixed in.

Behavioral System Design
The interview process had 3 steps. First, a screening interview with the recruiter. Then, a system design interview where they asked me to improve their system and asked some follow-up questions. Finally, an interview with the hiring manager, which was all behavioral questions. I was rejected after the last step.
