The interview process included a manager interview that featured a SQL case study. This part was done online via the Codility platform, involving both multiple-choice questions and tasks where I had to write SQL queries based on provided data. Following that, there was a group interview, which was a panel session with several group managers, and I was the only candidate.

It was a pretty standard process. First, there was an SQL test, which led to the initial interview. The recruiter set it up but then had to postpone it because of a more urgent internal meeting. The interview eventually happened, and the interviewer didn't use their camera. The recruiter seemed to know a lot about the team and gave a good pitch about the company and the job. They said they'd give feedback within a week after the interview, but nothing came. I followed up a few weeks later and still heard nothing. They eventually replied, apologizing and mentioning some internal issues.

The entire process lasted approximately 20 days. After clearing the initial screening, the steps included: a SQL Assessment, an HR Interview, a Hiring Manager Interview, an Analytical Case Study, and finally, a Case Study presentation followed by a final interview with the department manager and hiring manager. The experience was really smooth, and everyone involved was incredibly friendly.
