The interview process started with a pre-screen and a business interview. This was followed by a 'Full Panel' which included two case studies. After the panel, there was a section on Competencies & Values. The 'Full Panel' was scheduled for 45 minutes per exercise, totaling 90 minutes, but it was condensed into one hour, making the process feel rushed.

Behavioral Other

Had an interview with an operations person, then an interview with two group executives. It was friendly, no tricks, and the interview was concrete, with targeted questions about management. They gave a good explanation of how the company works, the missions, and possible career developments.

Behavioral Technical

The first stage was a phone interview with a recruiter, which went well and was quite friendly. I was then put forward to the second round, which was on the spot. Things started to feel off pretty early in the interview with the hiring manager. They brought in a colleague who didn't even turn their camera on or introduce themselves. The hiring manager immediately jumped into technical questions, which is fine. However, there was absolutely no discussion about me as a person, it felt way too impersonal, like I would just be a 'resource' and not an individual. I never received any feedback, which I find rude and unprofessional, especially for a senior role. I think I dodged a bullet; their culture must be bad.
