Customer Service Representative
The whole thing took about a week. I filled out an application online and then got an email about a group interview. Only another person and I showed up. There were three interviewers in the room with their laptops who asked us questions and took notes. An observer was also present at the back. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. The last part was a one-on-one, where the interviewer seemed really keen, even showing me their new office. But the next week, I just got an automated rejection message.
- If you were to organize a team outing, where would you suggest going?
- Can you estimate the number of tea cups consumed daily in London?
- Is there anything important about you that isn't mentioned on your CV?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was with a company rep who was late and didn't apologize. He seemed rude and uninterested, barely asking about my background or motivation. Mostly he asked about my availability. When I said I had a two-month notice period, he ended the conversation quickly, saying they'd let me know about next steps, but I never heard back.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Are you currently working?
- What is your notice period?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty standard - first a phone call with HR, then an in-person chat with the team leader. It all wrapped up in under two weeks, and the recruiters were super chill and professional. It really felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your thoughts on salary?
- What is your current notice period?
