Behavioral Case

So there were two rounds in the interview process. First, I spoke with HR, which was pretty standard – they asked about my CV, when I could start, and if I understood what the job was about. The HR person was nice and efficient. Then, the second interview was with the hiring manager. This one was tougher and involved discussing Deliveroo's revenue model, competitive edges, and doing a case study. It was a bit tricky because I kept getting interrupted during the case study part.

Had a great conversation with opening questions to answer. Some tough questions that made you think outside the box - which I loved! The whole process was done in an intelligent way that you never felt it was a hard interview.

Behavioral Case Presentation

We had 2 phone calls, one with HR and one with a department director. They asked about my background and presented a situation. Then, a 3rd interview with the Sales Director, a department Director, and HR. It was a quick chat and a role-play scenario with the Sales Director, and part of it was in English.
