It was a phone interview. It was straight to the point and simple. They asked questions about past experience. It was a one day process and then i was directed to hr to fill out a huge packet of documents.
- Tell me about your last positions held.
Adjunct Faculty Member
I talked with two teachers, and it felt nice and easy. They asked me how I'd deal with students who were having a hard time in the class I'd be teaching and what new ways I could use to get students my age interested in learning.
- Would you find it hard to teach college students after teaching elementary school students for a while?
Human Resources Generalist
Got the interview scheduled the day after I applied. The interviewers were super engaged and communicated really well. We talked for about an hour. They asked questions as a team, and they were all behavior-based, sticking to their script. Some questions felt a little outside the scope of the actual job, though.
