The interview had the Capture and BD's VP attend. They were personable and immediately started talking about the divisions' current structure and what's happening right now. I was told the position is hybrid, mixing proposal writer and coordinator tasks. I'd asked twice before the interview about the salary range but didn't get it. During the interview, I mentioned I'd be interested in the role if the pay matched the job's responsibilities. They sent an offer letter, but it only included the writer duties, not the coordinator ones. I asked for clarification and they pushed me to decide quickly. I turned down the offer.

Behavioral Other

It was awful. It's been 50 days and I haven't heard anything back. I got an email from Philip Busey Jr. to schedule an interview. The job was to grow their professional services department, which was heavily involved in staffing. It was fine that there was no phone screen beforehand. I went in for the face-to-face interview. He didn't ask me anything about my experience, just what questions I had for him. That was the whole interview. I felt like I had to conduct the interview myself. Since then, I sent a thank you note and a follow-up email to check on the decision. I've had zero contact with them since. It's super unprofessional not to at least update candidates on the job status, even if they chose someone else. They won't get very far with their professional services if they conduct business like that. I wouldn't recommend applying to that company.
