First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Delaware Life.
Client Service Coordinator
I had 3 interviews for this role. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then with the recruiter's boss, and finally with managers at Delaware Life. The interviews were pretty laid back. I ended up taking the job offer.
- What's your biggest office pet peeve?
Client Service Coordinator
There were two interviews, each with a manager. The process was conversational and friendly, not stiff, which I liked. It was a smooth process, and I'd recommend it.
- Can you suggest a good way to invite someone?
Customer Service Coordinator
There were at least two interviews: one over the phone and then a face-to-face with two managers. They asked questions about previous experience in a call center environment and how I would respond if I had an irate caller, just to ensure I have the ability to control the call.
- How well do you handle pressure?
Manager
The communication was great, and they followed up well. I really liked the conversations and how they focused not just on my experience but also on my personality. It felt like a genuine approach to an interview because it's a two-way street. I felt like I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me. The whole experience felt professional and welcoming.
- Can you describe your methods for prioritizing and organizing your daily tasks?
