I applied online and Lynn reached out within a few days. We had our first interview, which went well. She asked if I wanted to proceed to meeting with the Director of CS, and I said yes. I haven't heard back since. It's unacceptable to ghost candidates after agreeing on next steps.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, they asked some behavioral questions and talked about my resume and previous work. Then, there were a bunch of questions about basic programming stuff, like system design, object-oriented programming, and debugging. The very last thing was a LeetCode-type question about binary trees.

They inquired about my availability two weeks prior, then I was ignored. After that, I got an email asking if I was still interested. I said yes and provided my new availability. Two days later, an interview was scheduled. However, I was informed just hours before the interview that the position had already been filled and they wished me luck. The interview was called off.

So, I heard from a recruiter who said the company culture is pretty chill but also hard-working. First, I talked to the recruiter, and she was great. She told me everything she knew about the company, the job, the team, and the vibe there. After that, I met the hiring manager. He seemed really interested in my background and asked some cool questions about it. Then, on another day, I met with a bunch of other managers from different departments. The company seems to care a lot about what skills you have, but also about your personal values and if you'll fit in with the team. They really focus on the 'team' aspect and make sure everyone's on the same page before making an offer.
