Department Head

- Tell me about your previous jobs.
Graphic Designer

- They had me actually produce work.
Sales Intern
After applying online, I had a pretty quick phone interview. This company is really looking for interns to help out in their stores in more out-of-the-way places, so they're not super picky.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was super quick and simple. Everything was really organized. They asked some pretty basic interview questions. The people interviewing me were nice and easy to chat with. The whole thing took about two weeks. First, there was an initial interview, and then a follow-up interview. They called a few days later with the offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a situation where you dealt with an unhappy customer. What actions did you take, and what happened in the end?
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 to 10 years?
