I interviewed at Del Frisco's Grille in Uptown Dallas, TX. We talked about my work experience, my knowledge of wine and liquor, and my availability. I let them know I couldn't work Sunday mornings because I'm at church, and their attitude shifted. The interview started well, but then their demeanor changed, and they said they'd get back to me. I got a call later saying I wasn't moving forward because I didn't have fine dining experience. I later heard you don't need fine dining experience for Del Frisco's, so I suspect I was rejected because I'm Christian. I can't prove it, but it seems Del Frisco's discriminates against Christians.

There were 2 interviews, one with the server manager and another with the general manager. The first interview was about my work history, questions about myself and my strengths. They also wanted to see if I could sell wines and communicate well. The second interview with the GM was a quick recap of my work history and some character questions to see how I would interact with co-workers and guests.
