It was an open call for the bartender position. The interviewers were nice and the process moved fast without feeling rushed, though it wasn't super organized. Some folks waited around an hour to get interviewed. Since it was an open call, I didn't really get a feel for what the management was looking for. I left feeling pretty good about it, and it was cool to see a lot of diversity among the current staff.
