Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager which went pretty well. After that, they sent me a take-home assignment which I finished and sent back after about 5 days. It's been a month since then, and I haven't heard anything back, even after reaching out to the recruiter a bunch of times. It's super annoying to put in 4+ hours into a project, have to learn C# again, write a whole test plan, and then just get ghosted without even a rejection. This whole thing is really unprofessional and I'd tell anyone to avoid interviewing here if possible.

It was disappointing how unprofessional the interview process was. There was hardly any conversation about the actual work or what they were looking for. It was mostly just a generic chat about my background, and then I got a standard email saying they weren't moving forward. It's tough to figure out what they want given how vague the job description was.
