Got a project interview through employee referral. Discussed my project ideas and answered general CS fundamentals questions. Asked about available projects and pushed for research-based ones. After talking with the project guide, I spoke with the director about the project. Then the guide and director discussed if the project should be given. After that, the project was approved.

The interview had a technical part and an HR part. The technical was kinda hard, so you gotta know your stuff really well. HR was easy though.
